After purchase, your ebooks are instantly delivered via email from BookFunnel. If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, kindly check your Spam or Promotions folder. The delivery will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. For technical support with your ebook, contact the customer service team at help@bookfunnel.com.
How do I access my BookFunnel Library to always have access to my purchased ebooks?
To access your purchased ebooks, log into BookFunnel using the email address associated with your purchase. Your library is available at https://My.BookFunnel.com. It houses all the ebooks you’ve acquired from BookFunnel, regardless of the author.
How can I read my ebooks?
You can enjoy your ebooks on various devices including Kindle Fire tablets (2015 and later), Nook tablets (2014 and later), Kobo Readers (except Kobo Aura), Apple devices with iOS 10+ (most devices use 2012 onwards), Android Tablets and Phones (Android 5.1 and above), and computers via Chrome or Firefox browsers. Please note that certain devices and browsers, such as E-ink devices and Internet Explorer, do not support BookFunnel reading. For these, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer to read your ebooks.
How do preorders work for ebooks?
After making a preorder, your payment method will be charged immediately. The book will be automatically delivered on its release date via email from BookFunnel. If the email isn’t in your inbox on the release date, kindly check your Junk or Promotions folders. The preorder will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
