MOBI INSTRUCTIONS
Sometimes Kindle refuses to download a mobi if it’s not directly from Amazon.  In that case, here’s the fix:

On Amazon, go to “Your Account.”
In “Settings” go to “Personal Document Settings.”
Here you will find your kindle email, which looks like _____@kindle.com
Below this, see “Approved Personal Document E-mail List” and make sure it is Enabled.
Make sure your email address is added to this list.

Then download the above MOBI file.
Open your email, attach the MOBI file, and send to your _____@kindle.com

Wait a few minutes, and then click the “sync” on your kindle
The MOBI file will now appear in either your Books or your Docs
